If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be made using to the original payment method.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return except if the product is faulty in which case please contact us by e-mail and we will arrange a replacement if available or refund if not.
We actively encourage customers who are unsure of sizing or suitability of a product , to contact the store for advice.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on or if removed, tags should be returned with the product in the original product packing.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Items such as clothing which are returned covered in dog hair or smelling of dog will not be refunded.
Before initiating a return , please contact the store for advice. Many times it is just a case of adjusting a product correctly to fit.
