This car safety harness has been crash tested in the USA. You use it in conjunction with your car seat belt (see illustration).
The harness is made out of sandwich mesh and is cool is summer and warm in winter. It is made of the same material as the cooling vests and can be used as a cooling vest in hot weather by soaking in cold water, wringing out and popping on your dog when you are outside.
AT NO TIMES SHOULD A DOG BE LEFT IN A CAR IN SUMMER WHETHER WEARING THIS HARNESS OR NOT. IT WILL NOT COOL A DOG IN A HOT CAR!
